Cookie Credit can only be used for a girl's membership, adult membership with Cookie Credit is not allowed.
 


Check your Cookie Credit balance in one of the following two ways:

  • Go to https://mps.bz/UserLogIn and you will need your email address and PIN.
  • When you are in the store and make a purchase with your Virtual Cookie Card your balance will be printed with the receipt.

Q: How do I check my balance?
A: Though we can no longer provide you with a Cookie Credit balance over the phone, there are several ways you can check your balance. 1.) Via your personal link. You just need to have your CVV to log on. 2.) After registering your card you can go to https://mps.bz/UserLogIn and you will need your email address and PIN. 3.) When you are in the store and make a purchase with your Virtual Cookie Card your balance will be printed with the receipt.
Q: How do I keep my Virtual Cookie Card number safe?
A: First, save this email or print it out and keep it in a safe place. Next, register your card number immediately by clicking on your personal Virtual Cookie Card website link. This will make it easier for you to find your balance, review your transactions, or recover a lost card number.
Q: What if I lose my Virtual Cookie Card number?
A: Go to https://mps.bz/UserLogIn and log in with your email address. If you still cannot locate your card number, contact Customer Care via email at CustomerCare@gseok.org or call them at 800-707-9914 and let them know that you need your Virtual Cookie Card number link sent to you. It may take a little bit of time for them to get back to you with the information you need, so please be patient.
