DISCOVER new skills at this workshop where you will complete the American Safety & Health Institute’s Child and Babysitting Safety Course. The CABS program stresses the priority to keep you and the children you care for safe. Babysitting is not just "watching” the children, but being responsible for their safety and well being. This babysitting course is designed for girls 11 and 12 years old who are interested in working as mother’s helpers, as well as those 13 years and older who will be babysitting on their own. This course covers the business of babysitting, playtime, discipline, caring for children at different stages of development, feeding, diapering, basic first aid, and providing emergency care.
