Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma’s Virtual Annual Meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. Central Time on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. Please save the date and join the Zoom conference call to hear from Paula Kuykendall, Board Chair, Regina Moon, President and CEO, and the executive leadership team providing stewardship reports, the current state of the council, and the exciting plans for the future. In addition, we will welcome new board and board development committee members. 2023 ELECTION BALLOT INSTRUCTIONS
GSEOK elections will be conducted by electronic ballot and the polls
will open on Thursday, April 13, 2023 and will close at midnight on
Sunday, April 16, 2023. Council members will have the opportunity to
elect the slate of officers of the council, directors-at-large, board
development committee members and the prior year’s annual meeting
minutes. The slate and minutes are included in the 2023 Call to Annual
Meeting packet. All eligible voting members are defined in our bylaws
as members fourteen years of age or over, and registered through our
council and shall be entitled to one (1) vote per section. Eligible
council members will be sent an email and link on April 13 from “Girl
Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma” with the subject line: ELECTRONIC BALLOT –
Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma.
Reminder: Prior to April 12, we ask that you take a moment to review that your membership is current and the profile settings in your MYGS account allows council to send emails to you. If this is correct and you did not receive the ballot link message by 10 a.m. on April 13, please contact voting@gseok.org to receive assistance. Eligible council members will be able to cast their vote any time beginning Thursday, April 13 through midnight on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Please cast your vote on all sections. The election results will be announced during the annual meeting on Tuesday, April 18.
