How to Register for Events

We are excited to announce our new Doubleknot registration system that will make registrations easier than ever!

Our adult trainings will continue to live in My GS, so nothing changes. Some of our events will be in Doubleknot and some will be in My GS. If you click Register and things look different, you're in Doubleknot!

There are many advantages to using Doubleknot - mobile friendly, multiple payment types, multiple payment options, and you can use Cookie Program Credit (just select gift card and enter your card number and CVV)! No longer do you have to contact Customer Care to pay for events with Cookie Program Credit!

How to Register for Events in Doubleknot:

  • Click on the event in which you would like to register
  • Click 'Register Now'
  • If new to Doubleknot, you will be prompted to create a login. You will then click 'Create New' and complete the steps to create a new login. This is DIFFERENT than your My GS login, however we do recommend using the same login information for both.
  • If you are a returning user, enter email and password, then log in.

We highly recommend you use the same email address and password that you use to login to your My GS when creating your new Doubleknot login for the first time.

Refund/Cancellation

All deposits are non-refundable.

The balance of program fees may be refunded only if notice of cancellation is received prior to the registration deadline. Early notice will make it possible for another girl to attend. Refunds will not be made for girls arriving late, leaving early, or attending partial activities. If cancellation is received by the registration deadline, Cookie Program Credit used will be refunded to the account.

Any non-refundable cancellation fees for activities cancelled before the registration deadline will be noted on the activity detail page. In the event that GSEOK must cancel a program, a full refund will be offered.

Financial Assistance for Events

Cookie Program Credit is applied before any discounts or financial assistance is granted.

Financial assistance is available for any registered Girl Scout who doesn’t have enough Cookie Program Credit and would not otherwise be able to attend an activity. Any Cookie Program Credit available will be applied to the balance before financial assistance is considered.

Financial assistance may be available during event check-out. If the option is not available, contact Customer Care at customercare@gseok.org. As soon as the request has been evaluated, you will be emailed a letter stating the amount granted and the balance due, if any.

Not all activities allow for Cookie Program Credit. Any that do not will be noted on the activity detail page.

All information regarding financial assistance is not shared with anyone, and will remain confidential.
