Join University of Tulsa students as they introduce you to the first steps of creating computer programs, apps, and games of your very own! Activities from very basic programming to more advanced coding allow you to explore the world of code for yourself.
We'll look at GSUSA's Coding for Good badges! Badges invite girls to code by focusing on solving a problem and helping their community. Event will work towards completing the badge, so you'll have a head start to earn it. Badges are included in the event fee and will be delivered to troop leaders.
Sign up as a troop or individual. Troops need leaders present who
have Beyond the Meeting and First Aid Certification training. Troops
need to follow all guidelines for a daytime trip outside of the
regular troop meeting. Please be mindful of the girl to adult ratio
for safety protocols and an optimal Girl Scout learning
opportunity.
An individual caregiver may register their Girl Scout. The adult
caregiver must remain on site during the event. All adults in
attendance need a current Girl Scout membership with an approved
background check on file.
