Trails Rides
This is a troop event. Girls must attend with their leader or a parent/guardian. Leaders must follow all guidelines for a daytime activity including adult/girl ratio. Leaders must have attended Beyond the Meeting Training and have signed permission slips. No tagalongs.
To attend a trail riding session girls must have attended a Back in the Saddle, Junior Horseback Badge Workshop, or the Saddle Up Resident Camp Session. Please questions about prerequisites to customercare@gseok.org.
Riders must wear longs pants (preferably jeans) and boots with a 1/2" heel.
Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors
Join us and explore our beautiful trails at Camp Tallchief from the back of the horse! During the two-hour session, girls will get to know the horses before they saddle up and practice controlling their horse in the arena. This session includes helmet fittings, horse assignments, and instruction inside our arena before heading out to the trails!
Fee: $40 per rider.
