Welcome to GIRLCHELLA: The Older Girl Retreat Festival!
Get ready to step into a world of sparkle, self-expression, and sisterhood at Girlchella, our festival-themed overnight retreat created just for Older Girl Scouts! This one-night experience blends the magic of a music festival with the power of Girl Scout leadership-complete with hands-on workshops, glowing confidence sessions, and a celebration that only Girl Scouts can throw.

Throughout the retreat, you'll rotate through festival-style sessions designed to boost your skills, creativity, and leadership:

  •  Know Your Power - a high-energy, girl-led session focused on confidence, boundaries, and stepping into your strengths.
  • Gold Award Glow-Up - learn what it takes to earn the highest honor in Girl Scouting, get inspired by project ideas, and hear from Girl Scouts who've made real change.
  •  Skillset Sessions - dive into fun, hands-on workshops that bring life skills to the stage in true Girlchella fashion.
  • Creative Corners - explore expression through art, style, and festival-inspired flair.

When the sun goes down, the lights turn up for our Girlchella Night Party-a vibrant celebration with music, dancing, friendship bracelets, photo ops, sparkle stations, and all the festival fun you can imagine. Shine bright, dance hard, and celebrate sisterhood under the stars!

This event is for Girl Scouts who will be in 8th Grade - 12th Grade for the 2026-2027 School Year.

Event Cost Includes: Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday breakfast, all activity supplies, and fun event swag.

Optional Add-On:
