FAQs

Can I make a payment for camps, membership registration, and program events through the store? These payments should be made online through MyGS.
Can I redeem discounts and coupons that are advertised on the official Girl Scout online store? GSUSA promotions are separate from what we offer in our council store. Follow the GSEOK Store Group on Facebook for quick updates on council shop promotions and sales.
Can I request a pre-order? Pre-orders are encouraged! It is important to us that we have what you need. Keep in mind that if the items are not in stock, orders can take up to three weeks to arrive. Email a list ahead of time, especially for large quantities. store@gseok.org

Can I use Cookie Program Credit (CPC) when buying things online? CPC cannot be used to buy merchandise from the online store. We are happy to make special orders for online items to be purchased in the GSEOK shop. Contact the store to check availability . 918-745-5252 store@gseok.org.

Does Cookie Program Credit rollover to the following year? CPC will rollover to the next membership year, as long as the Girl Scout remains registered as a girl. Credit is no longer available after September 30^th if the membership is not renewed and after the Girl Scout graduates from high school.

Am I allowed to use a Girl Scout’s Cookie Program Credit without their guardian present? Using CPC for a Girl Scout who is not present will require permission from their guardian. An email to store@gseok.org is best and should include the name of the Girl Scout, her CPC number, what it can be used to purchase and who is allowed to use it.

You can find more information about CPC here.

If you're looking to place an order for shipping or pickup, ask a question, or preorder new items, you can contact the GSEOK store team directly at store@gseok.org.
