
Spearhead the development of a comprehensive, multifunctional, integrated, and strategic plan for girl and volunteer member program engagement and the volunteer and girl experience. A key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Chief Mission Delivery Officer participates in setting strategic program direction and implementing local and national initiatives. Develop and implement a sustainable, scalable mission delivery model that enables GSEOK to significantly increase the number of girls participating in Girl Scouting's leadership development programs. This position is designated as safety sensitive.
Primarily responsible for developing and reinforcing the STEM architecture for our council. Research and design STEM-related curriculum that caters to learning abilities of various age/skill levels and encompasses creativity, motor skills, observation, and social learning. Collaborate closely with different council entities to ensure that the Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma advances its STEM initiatives across all demographics and locations within our council. Work in partnership with the Volunteer staff to ensure year-round STEM training, reinforcing the core STEM pillars of our council: values, competence, confidence, and interest. This is a safety sensitive position.
The Membership Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective year-round retention and recruitment strategies for girl and adult members and providing support of adult volunteers to increase awareness and participation in Girl Scouting. This position is also responsible for successfully culminating recruitment efforts by initiating strategies and protocols needed to convert prospective members (leads) into registered members. Develop and foster community partnerships while providing a consistent image of the Council’s commitment to Girl Scouts and the community at large. This position is designated as safety sensitive.
The program support provider is responsible for reliable and courteous transportation service for the youth participants of the Girl Scouts Beyond Bars Program and for community troop meetings. The provider will be responsible for driving 12-15 passenger vans on an assigned route to and from various locations, including facilities operated by the Department of Corrections. The provider will move and transport troop supplies to and from meetings and will serve as adult support to the program staff during the meetings. This is a Safety Sensitive position.
