That’s why we’ve created our Staff-Led Girl Scout Troops —to break down these barriers and ensure all girls have access to the empowering Girl Scout experience. Through partnerships with schools, community centers, and other youth-serving organizations, our trained, paid staff lead troops right where the girls are—at school or after-school programs—making Girl Scouts more accessible than ever before.
