Host Families for International Staff
During summer Resident Camp, we give campers the benefit of a
culturally diverse camp staff by hiring international camp counselors.
You can help to make their experience in the United States a more
positive one by hosting an international camp counselor for this
summer.
When each camp session is over, the
international staff needs a place to stay. Pick up a counselor from
camp on Friday evening, and spend the weekend learning more about her
country and culture. Take her shopping, show her around town, or just
spend a relaxing weekend at home.
You can read more about
the Host Family Responsibilities and fill out the Host
Family Application. If you have questions, contact Frances Maloy
at fmaloy@gseok.org.
