Join us for the ultimate Girl Scout adventuree! In July 2026, Girl Scouts from across the country (and around the world!) will gather in Washington, D.C. for Girl Scouts Unite, a once-in-a-lifetime convention celebrating sisterhood, leadership, and the future of the Movement.
Whether you're attending to support girls from your troop or simply want to experience the magic of Girl Scouts on a national stage, this trip offers a meaningful way to connect, explore, and celebrate everything Girl Scouting stands for.
During this unforgettable week, you'll:
Connect with Girl Scouts, volunteers, and leaders from across the globe
Attend high-energy sessions led by inspiring changemakers
Take part in interactive workshops, live entertainment, and the exciting Hall of Experiences
Explore Washington, D.C.'s iconic landmarks through a Girl Scout lens
Celebrate what it means to be a Girl Scout today-and how we shape tomorrow together
Adults may participate in one of the following ways:
GSEOK Travel Chaperone: Oversee and support girls traveling without an accompanying adult.
Individual Troop Chaperone: Travel and care for only the girls in your own troop or those attending with you.
Adult Participant: Join independently to experience the convention as an adult Girl Scout-no troop responsibilities required.
All adults will travel with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma group and take part in shared activities, sightseeing, and convention experiences.
Spots are limited and not guaranteed-a select number of participants will be chosen for each role to ensure a balanced and well-supported group.
Application deadline: December 1, 2025
Selected participants will attend three virtual prep meetings and one in-person meeting (date provided after selection).
Adults selected for the trip will attend three virtual prep-meetings, and one in-person meeting; dates will be provided after selection.
