🎃Calling all Girl Scouts! Join us for Pumpkin Chunkin', a high-energy, fall-themed STEM showdown where troops will design, build, and launch catapults to see who can send their pumpkin flying the furthest-and most accurately!
In this exciting team-based event:

Younger girls (Daisy, Brownies & Juniors) will work together to build small tabletop catapults using craft materials.

Older girls (Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors) will take it to the next level-using real tools and teamwork to build wooden catapults from scratch.

All participants will attend a workshop on physics and the design process, work with STEM mentors, and compete in a friendly, girl-led competition.
🎯 Troop team sizes:

Younger Girl teams: 4-8 girls
-
Older Girl teams: 3-6 girls
Troops with more than the maximum are encouraged to register multiple teams.
🎃 Patches, prizes, pumpkin snacks, and bragging rights included!
📌 Troop leader instructions, safety guidelines, and full event details will be sent after registration. Space is limited-sign up early to join the fun!
Adult Supervision & Troop Guidelines: All adults are responsible for maintaining adult-to-girl ratios and must stay with the girls they bring. Troops must be accompanied by a leader with Beyond the Meeting training and an adult with current First Aid/CPR certification.
