Become a city planner, architect, and engineer for the day! Girls will design and build a miniature city using cardboard and recycled materials, creating buildings, roads, parks, and other features that help a community thrive. As they plan and construct their city, participants will explore how engineers and architects design spaces for people to live, work, and play. Through creativity and problem-solving, girls will discover how thoughtful design shapes the world around us.
Girls who have another building idea are welcome to create their own cardboard structure or invention instead of a city feature.
Perfect for Individually Registered Girl Scouts or anyone looking to try something new, each session features a different craft that will spark curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. No prior experience needed-just bring your imagination, and we'll provide the rest!
