Hi Troop Leaders and Girl Scout Families!
Want your girls to
earn outdoor badges-but not quite sure where to start or how to teach
them? We've got you covered! 🌿
Join us for our first Outdoor Badge Blitz, a full day at Camp Tall Chief designed to make earning outdoor badges simple, hands-on, and stress-free. With guidance from our experienced Outdoor Volunteers and staff, Girl Scouts can fully earn up to THREE badges in one day-no outdoor expertise required from troop leaders.
The day is broken into three easy-to-follow sessions, and you'll choose one badge workshop per session.
Brownie Girl Scout Badge Workshops
9:30-11:30 AM (Choose ONE):

Letterboxing Badge
OR - Outdoor Adventurer Badge
11:30 AM-1:30 PM - Lunch Break
Bring a sack lunch and enjoy it anywhere around camp or relax
in the air-conditioned lodge.
(No sign-up required)
1:30-3:30 PM (CHOOSE ONE):
- Eco Friend Badge
- OR
- GSEOK Knife Safety Patch
3:30-5:30 PM:
- Shapes in Nature
Badges are included in the registration fee and
will be given to girls at the event.
All activities are led by
trained staff-troop leaders can participate alongside their girls or
simply enjoy watching them learn.
