Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime with GSEOK Travel! This Spring Break, we're crossing the pond for a week in London, England -a city bursting with history, culture, and girl-powered fun! From iconic sights like Big Ben and the Tower Bridge to royal parks and cozy tea shops, you'll explore it all as a true global Scout.
Stay at the legendary WAGGGS World Centre Pax Lodge, where Girl Guides and Girl Scouts from around the world come to connect and grow. This is your chance to make new friends, build confidence, and experience your very first international trip!
You'll learn the superpowers of smart travel: how to pack light (just a carry-on!), navigate the Tube-like a pro, manage your time, plan adventures, and thrive in a troop on the move. It's more than a trip-it's leadership in action!
Cost of the trip is $2,500 with a $200 non-refundable deposit due at time of trip selection. Trip Fee covers transportation, lodging, breakfast and lunch daily, entrance fees, insurance, and trip t-shirt.
You're Ready If You:
- Are 14 by June 1, 2027
- Can spend one week away from your caregiver
- Understand the trip cost is $2,500 (with a $200 non-refundable deposit due at selection)
- Can commit to 3 prep meetings (dates sent after selection)
- Have-or are ready to get-a valid U.S. passport (not included)

All travelers elected for the trip must adhere to the following payment schedule and cancellation policy:
- Program Fee for the trip includes a non-refundable deposit due at the time of trip selection.
- Payment in full is due February 1, 2027.
- If you choose to cancel your trip, your
refund will vary based upon how soon the trip is occurring. Your
deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Any portion of a
Girl Scout's trip fee that has already been spent, will not be
refunded. EX: If plane tickets have already been purchased, the
value of those tickets will be deducted from your refund.
- 90+ days prior to trip: 50% refund of trip fees paid, less deposit and any portion of paid trip fees that has already been spent.
- 90 days or less prior to trip: No refunds will be given.
- If a Girl Scout cancels from the trip, she will forfeit any funds earned through the travel troop's product sales or money-earning opportunities. Those funds will remain in the travel troop treasury.
