GSEOK Bylaws Update

The bylaws approved April 30, 2026, reflect several modernization and governance updates to strengthen flexibility and clarity for Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma. Notable changes include allowing participation and voting through remote communication in Council meetings, updating thresholds for calling special meetings (from a fixed number to a proportional percentage of Board members), and revising Board composition to a flexible range rather than a fixed size. The updates also expand committee structure by formalizing a Finance Committee and clarifying roles and responsibilities across committees and officers.
